In DC108 foam concrete machine due to having a mixer and an additional tank under the mixer, which is shown in Figure 1.
After mixing the foam concrete material in the mixer, it is poured into the tank (tub) and a pump menu is installed on the tank (tub). At the same time as the material is being pumped, the next mixer is being made, which means you are always a foam mixer. You have concrete as a backup.
The pump menu creates a pump by rotating the polished metal part (rotor) inside the flexible rubber part (stator) and in the opposite direction.
Increasing and decreasing the diameter of the rotor and stator of the machine as well as increasing and decreasing the speed of the electric motor driven decreases and increases the pumping or suction power of foam concrete and allows the contractor to select the desired power of pumping foam concrete in proportion to the height of delivered concrete .
